Minimum Spend Requirements
Booking & Payment
Our booking process is designed to be straightforward and transparent from the first enquiry to your event day.
Enquire & Tour
Book a private venue tour. Your preferred date can be held tentatively for 3 days after your visit.
Secure Your Date
Sign the agreement and pay a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 to confirm your booking.
Second Payment
A further $2,000 (non-refundable) is due within 30 days of the initial deposit.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due in full 15 days before your event. Any additional charges are settled on the evening.
Bond & Security
- $2,000 refundable bond required for all bookings
- $2,000 refundable kitchen bond when external catering is used
- A valid credit card must be kept on file
- Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors
- Bond returned following satisfactory conclusion of your event
Payment & Cancellation
- All prices are exclusive of GST
- Credit card payments accepted — merchant fee applies
- Personal and company cheques are not accepted
- Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed
- Rescheduling within 6 months — deposit may be credited toward new date subject to availability and revised pricing
- Cancellations — venue retains all payments made to that point

Can we have both ceremony and reception at Fleur?

Can we visit the venue more than once before booking?
Yes. Clients are welcome to return for additional visits. Many couples choose to revisit with family members or vendors before confirming. During your tour, our team will help you visualise seating layouts, ceremony positioning, guest flow, and entertainment setup.
Do you support DJs, live bands, and cultural performances?
Yes. Fleur supports DJs, live bands, cultural performances, and dance entertainment. All performances must follow liquor licensing timing guidelines. Microphones and lectern setup are available for speeches and presentations.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. Fleur provides clear and transparent pricing. Standard venue inclusions are listed upfront. Optional upgrades such as extended hours, beverage packages, or additional services are always quoted separately before confirmation. No surprises.
What happens if another client is interested in our date?
If multiple enquiries are received for the same date, priority is given to the client who confirms first. Your date can be held tentatively for 3 days after your venue tour. We always recommend securing your date early once you have decided Fleur is the right fit.
Can we arrange a food tasting before booking?
Yes. Food tastings can be arranged through our catering partners once your preferred cuisine and package direction are confirmed. External caterers are also welcome to inspect the commercial kitchen by appointment before the event.
